Servus und hallo bei uns hier bei Sungrow! We are thrilled to introduce a role at the heart of our European service organization, the Service Operations Coordinator - Germany. You will keep daily operations running smoothly, turn data into insights, and help us get better every day.

Curious what this is all about? Let's dive right in:

  • Coordinate daily service operations, including service requests, contracts, work orders, and customer cases.
  • Collect, analyze, and visualize regional service data through reports and dashboards that highlight trends and anomalies.
  • Spot performance gaps and process bottlenecks, then develop and implement improvements that make us more efficient.
  • Align with teams across Europe to investigate issues, agree on solutions, and drive problem resolution.
  • Review and streamline operational workflows and follow up on improvement initiatives until they deliver measurable results.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation, and support smooth project-to-service handovers.

Your profile

All right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? You will be working with today's technical frontiers, and we want you to feel challenged and happy in this role for a long time. Your ideal background looks a lot like this:

  • You have a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • You bring initial experience in service operations, data analysis, or project coordination, though passion, quick learning, and an analytical mindset matter just as much if you are earlier in your career.
  • You are confident in Excel for analysis and reporting, and experience with Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus.
  • You communicate and organize with ease, and you enjoy working across teams in an international environment.
  • You have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a real focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • You speak Chinese and English at C1 level, while German and other European languages are a plus.
