Being an Warehouse & Logistics Specialist is an exciting task, since you are the superhero, our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs; therefore, these here are your most important tasks:
  • Responsible for the receiving, storage, picking, material issuing and shipment of raw materials, components and finished products. 
  • Ensure timely and accurate material supply to production lines according to production plans. 
  • Maintain proper warehouse organisation and inventory management to ensure inventory accuracy. 
  • Operate SAP/WMS and handheld scanning systems for daily warehouse and inventory transactions. 
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet trucks and other warehouse equipment. 
  • Organise and participate in regular and periodic inventory counts, investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. 
  • Conduct basic checks of incoming materials and packaging, and report abnormalities to IQC, Procurement or relevant departments. 
  • Work closely with Production, Procurement, Quality and Logistics teams to ensure timely material supply. 
  • Support the review of import/export documents and basic customs compliance checks, with a good understanding of import/export procedures. 
  • Support carrier management and perform initial checks of freight charges and carrier invoices. 
  • Continuously improve warehouse and logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency, inventory accuracy and logistics cost control. 
  • Identify potential risks and improvement opportunities in warehouse, logistics and import/export processes and support the implementation of improvement actions. 
  • Ensure compliance with company BHP/EHS, warehouse safety and material handling requirements. 

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s the reason why it is essential for you to have:
  • High school or above, preferably in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations or manufacturing logistics. 
  • Valid UDT forklift qualification is required.
  • Practical experience with SAP, WMS or other warehouse management systems is preferred. 
  • Good understanding of receiving, storage, picking, material issuing, shipping and inventory control processes. 
  • Experience in production line material supply in a manufacturing environment is an advantage. 
  • Basic knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation is an advantage. 
  • Good basic computer skills and proficiency in common office applications. 
  • English or Polish sufficient for daily communication; good English communication skills are an advantage. 
  • Strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, execution and teamwork. 
  • Experience in PV, energy storage, power electronics or electronics manufacturing is an advantage. 
  • Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required by production needs.
