- Lead the successful delivery of a strategic Sungrow project from planning through execution and handover.
- Coordinate project activities with customers, customer project managers, internal teams, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Be present on site in the Berlin area at least two to three times per week to ensure close project alignment.
- Manage project schedules, risks, quality, costs, documentation, and key milestones in line with PMO standards.
- Drive clear, proactive communication and resolve project-related issues efficiently across internal and external teams.
- Travel up to 50% within Germany to support site activities, customer meetings, and project delivery.

Your profile
- Degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, renewable energy, or a comparable technical discipline.
- At least five years of relevant experience in project management within solar PV, energy storage, power electronics, EPC, or technical infrastructure environments.
- Proven experience managing customer contracts and ensuring delivery in line with agreed scope, schedules, costs, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Experience coordinating project activities from purchase order through delivery, commissioning, and handover.
- Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, milestone tracking, quality management, reporting, and technical project documentation.
- Knowledge of PV inverters is preferred; experience with energy storage systems is a strong advantage.
- EPC experience, including collaboration with contractors, subcontractors, and on-site teams, is preferred.
- Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at C1 level, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within Germany.
- Ability to be on site in the Berlin area two to three times per week.
- A valid driving licence is preferred.
