Your mission

  • Support the Rework team in coordinating and executing service rework projects across Europe.
  • Assist with project administration, documentation, supplier coordination, data management, and operational follow-up.
  • Help ensure rework activities are planned, documented, tracked, and completed on time.
  • Maintain project records, trackers, reports, and technical documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Follow up on open actions with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and service partners.
  • Contribute to process improvement and transparent reporting within Rework operations.

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme.
  • A background in Engineering, Energy, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills; German is a plus.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in maintaining structured documentation.
  • A proactive communicator and collaborative team player.
  • Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and consistently follow up on open actions.
  • Interest in renewable energy, service operations, or project management is beneficial.
