- Track large-scale storage (BESS) opportunity pipelines, conversion rates, and shipment data while delivering monthly direct-sales bid-rate reports.
- Drive top-down alignment of headquarters' marketing strategy across the Europe region and manage the execution of strategic initiatives.
- Lead and execute high-priority special management projects to support the European executive leadership team through to completion.
- Provide quality oversight for the sales operations team's core deliverables while continuously optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency.

- You hold a Bachelor's degree or above and bring 2+ years of experience in sales operations or sales management, preferably within the renewable energy sector or an international business expansion context.
- You possess strong analytical capabilities with expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel modeling and pivot tables, while experience with Power BI or CRM systems is highly valued.
- You have exceptional cross-functional coordination skills and thrive when collaborating with diverse, multicultural teams across different regions.
- You have professional working proficiency in both English C1 or C2 and Chinese C1 or C2 to ensure seamless collaboration with our European teams and headquarters.
- You demonstrate highly structured, logical thinking paired with excellent presentation and report-writing skills.
- You are resilient, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
