The role ensures accurate inventory records, efficient inbound and outbound shipments, timely deliveries, and compliance with company procedures. The position works closely with warehouses, carriers, freight forwarders, service teams, suppliers, and customers to guarantee high service levels and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory optimization.
- Ensure spare parts are stored and handled according to company standards.
- Process inbound and outbound orders accurately and on time.
- Maintain data accuracy in SAP, WMS, and related systems.
- Support warehouse process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Coordinate shipments with carriers and logistics providers when required.
- Prepare shipping documents and support customs documentation activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, warehouses, suppliers, and service partners.
