As Greece continues its transition toward a cleaner and more resilient energy future, we are looking for an ESS Product Manager who will help shape and position our energy storage solutions in the local market. If you enjoy combining technical understanding with market insights and commercial strategy, this role could be your next exciting step.

Please keep in mind this is a 1-year limited position:

  • Drive the local product strategy for Energy Storage Systems (ESS) and align it with market requirements and business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support sales and business development teams with product expertise, positioning, and customer-facing presentations.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Translate customer and market feedback into actionable recommendations for product improvement and innovation.
  • Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions to internal teams and external partners on ESS solutions and applications.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in product management, product marketing, business development, or technical sales within the renewable energy sector.
  • Good understanding of battery energy storage systems, energy markets, and grid applications.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert market insights into business recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in both technical and commercial environments.
  • English C1 and Greek C1 proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within international and cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel when required to support customers, partners, and industry events.
