- Manage PV, ESS and distribution orders in the CRM system to support accurate processing and timely fulfillment.
- Issue customer invoices in line with order details and contract milestone schedules.
- Maintain strong CRM data quality and support reliable pipeline tracking and order management.
- Prepare and update reports and dashboards that support transparency and better business decisions.
- Improve and document sales operations processes and workflows to increase efficiency and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Fulfillment and Logistics on project coordination, delivery tracking and new subsidiary setup from a sales operations perspective.

All right, that sounded interesting, didn’t it? To thrive in this role and enjoy it for the long run, your background could look like this:
- You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
- You bring a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and a structured way of working.
- You have solid Excel skills, including pivot tables and basic formulas, and enjoy working with data.
- You are interested in business processes, reporting and finding smarter ways to work through automation.
- You are organized, proactive, eager to learn and confident managing multiple tasks at the same time.
- Your Spanish and English skills are both at C1 level, and experience with CRM systems, SAP, Dynamics or Power BI would be a plus.
