Your mission

We're excited to introduce an important role that sits at the heart of our local business operations in Bulgaria. As our Sales Administrator, you will help create structure, support commercial activities, and ensure smooth cooperation between internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
Curious to learn more? Here's what your journey will look like:

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day office administration activities to ensure efficient local operations.
  • Act as a trusted local contact for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers, helping align their needs with internal stakeholders.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events, exhibitions, customer visits, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to drive local initiatives and strengthen brand presence in Bulgaria.
  • Support the sales organization with reporting, documentation, contract administration, and process coordination.
  • Provide general operational and administrative assistance to the local sales team and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Your profile

  • Previous experience in sales administration, office management, customer support, or a related business function.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both customer-facing and internal environments.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Bulgarian at C2 level and English at B2 level or above.
  • Experience supporting marketing activities, events, or commercial teams would be considered an advantage.
