  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities including invoices, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry while supporting monthly closing processes.
  • Oversee compliance with AADE myDATA e-books and manage electronic bookkeeping submissions.
  • Support internal and external financial and tax audits with accurate documentation and coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with statutory and tax requirements.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and continuous process improvements within the finance team.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within a multinational company or accounting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of Greek GAAP and local tax legislation.
  • Hands-on experience with AADE myDATA platform and electronic bookkeeping processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail, strong sense of accountability, and a collaborative mindset.
