Delivery Project Manager - Italy

As our new Delivery Project Manager in Italy, you will be at the very heart of our operations - the person our clients and colleagues rely on to bring renewable energy projects to life. • Support the coordination of internal resources and external partners and vendors for the seamless execution of PV and ESS projects across Italy.
• Manage the full project lifecycle - from supply chain and logistics through to on-site testing and commissioning - ensuring every milestone is met.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, acting as a key point of accountability for project performance.
• Develop project scopes and objectives in close collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, update project plans alongside the senior team, and proactively flag risks before they become issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including handover certifications and regular progress reports for both internal and external audiences.

• You hold an educational background in engineering, project management, or a closely related field.
• You bring 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, supply chain, or the renewable energy sector - internship, thesis, or junior-level experience is warmly considered.
• You have a genuine technical curiosity and a strong willingness to learn about the renewable energy market and Sungrow's product portfolio.
• You are an excellent communicator - equally comfortable in client-facing conversations and internal cross-team coordination.
• You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• You are proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable worination.

• Italian and English at C1 level are mandatory; Spanish or Chinese are a great plus.
