Your mission

Servus und hallo, schön dass du da bist! We are Sungrow - the world's largest inverter manufacturer - and we're on the lookout for a hands-on, detail-driven Operations Intern to join our Munich service center team. Curious what this role is all about? Let's dive right in:

  • You will support the follow-up of regional service requests and coordinate the resources needed to keep work orders running smoothly and on time.
  • You will assist project managers in tracking project progress, following up on key actions, and keeping process-related data accurate and up to date in our internal systems.
  • You will support the creation, tracking, and maintenance of service-related processes and requests in our CRM and other internal tools - making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • You will help optimize CRM workflows and operational processes, contributing directly to better efficiency and higher data quality across the team.
  • You will track and consolidate regional ticket data, monitoring ticket status, closure progress, and overall accuracy so our engineers and clients always have a clear picture.
  • You will organize and maintain business and operational documentation, ensuring everything is structured, accessible, and consistent for the whole team.

Your profile

  • You are currently studying in a field related to Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a comparable discipline - and you bring that structured mindset with you.
  • You have a strong eye for detail and a methodical approach to working with data and documentation - accuracy matters to you, and it shows.
  • You have some familiarity with CRM systems or similar tools, and you understand concepts like work orders and service scopes (or you're eager to learn fast).
  • You communicate clearly and confidently in cross-functional environments, making coordination between teams feel natural and effortless.
  • You are proficient in English at C1 level; additional European languages are a plus.
  • You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and you know how to turn a messy dataset into something meaningful.
