- Lead the financial reporting for our German subsidiary, including orchestrating external audits and coordinating effectively with auditors.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes to drive business growth and inform crucial management decisions.
- Manage cash flow planning and treasury forecasting to ensure efficient fund management and operational excellence.
- Lead and develop a finance team of 4–5 members, fostering growth and managing performance.
- Ensure full financial, tax, and regulatory compliance with German and European standards.
- Champion finance digitalization initiatives and optimize SAP finance modules and related processes for enhanced operational efficiency.

Your profile

- You possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
- You bring a minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience, showcasing strong capabilities in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and audit coordination.
- You have a proven track record in team management and excellent cross-functional communication skills.
- You are well-versed in German financial, tax, and compliance regulations; experience in a multinational company is a plus.
- You are fluent in German and English (C1 level required); Chinese language skills are a plus.
- You have experience with SAP finance module implementation or optimization.
