  • Provide essential support to various teams throughout Europe, focusing on industrial communication devices and networks.
  • Develop and adapt crucial documentation for industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, TCP/IP, and GOOSE.
  • Conduct hands-on tests in a workshop environment to validate documentation accuracy.
  • Manage the status of technical tickets, identify solutions within existing documents, and draft initial responses.
  • Review and enhance training materials, providing fresh feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain and update technical documents and the knowledge base to ensure information is current and accessible.

Your profile

All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit into this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

  • Completed or ongoing studies in Telecommunications, Automation, Networks, Industrial Technical, or Engineering.
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in networks and industrial communication.
  • A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to team needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • A tidy and organized approach to tasks in a fast-paced environment.
