We’re excited to introduce a hands-on role at the core of our service operations in Poland. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our customers on-site, ensuring our solutions operate reliably throughout their lifecycle.

This is a 2-year fixed-term position, perfect for engineers who enjoy fieldwork, technical problem-solving, and seeing the direct impact of their work. Curious? Let’s dive in.

Perform on-site commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PV and energy storage systems across Poland
Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to ensure high system availability and performance
Act as a professional technical representative during service visits and customer interactions
Collaborate closely with remote technical teams, service partners, and internal stakeholders
Document service activities accurately and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes
Ensure all work is performed in line with safety standards, quality requirements, and local regulations

Your profile

Alright, that sounded intriguing, didn’t it? To feel comfortable in this role and grow with it, your background should look something like this:

Technical education or degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, electronics, or a comparable field
Initial hands-on experience in field service, commissioning, or maintenance of technical systems, ideally in renewables
Solid understanding of electrical systems and the ability to read and interpret technical documentation
Polish C1 and English B2 according to CEFR
Willingness to travel frequently within Poland and work on-site at customer locations
Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style with strong communication skills
