- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and CV screening to interview coordination and candidate communication.
- Manage key HR operations including onboarding, probation, internal transfers, and offboarding.
- Assist with compensation and benefits tasks, such as attendance tracking, payroll preparation, and benefit program administration.
- Coordinate and track learning and development initiatives, including onboarding sessions.
- Provide daily HR support, covering visa/work permit processes and employee activities.
- Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures in a multicultural environment.

Your profile
All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit into this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Possess 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of HR practices and local labor laws.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a service-oriented mindset.
- Be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiar with HR systems.
- Have a good command of English (C1 level).
- Show strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
