- Support Service Engineers and partners with daily troubleshooting and technical issue resolution.
- Document recurring technical issues and summarize solution processes to improve service efficiency.
- Communicate with customers to collect required documentation and support ESS commissioning planning.
- Monitor plant performance and report problematic sites to help enable timely corrective actions.

- You are currently pursuing a degree or a master in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field.
- You have a genuine interest in renewable energy and are eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of your development.
- You are well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks efficiently.
- You enjoy solving technical challenges and collaborating with colleagues, partners, and customers.
- You communicate confidently in English at C1 level, including when reading technical documentation and communicating professionally.
- Dutch and/or Chinese language skills at B2 level or above are a plus.
