As an ESS Project Manager - Bulgaria, you will guide complex storage projects from contract signature to successful delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction always stay on track. Lead ESS project execution from planning to commissioning while coordinating with internal engineering, supply chain, and service teams.
Manage communication with customers, EPC partners, and local authorities to keep alignment on project scope and milestones.
Oversee installation progress, risk assessments, and compliance with technical and safety standards.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress dashboards throughout all project stages.
Ensure timely delivery and commissioning by aligning logistics, onsite activities, and external partners.
Identify potential project risks early and initiate corrective actions to keep delivery on schedule.

Your profile

Experience in project management within renewable energy, electrical engineering, ESS, or related technical fields.
Understanding of electrical systems, grid connection processes, and technical project workflows.
Strong coordination and communication skills to handle diverse stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and technical requirements.
Hands-on approach paired with problem-solving mindset and structured workstyle.
English B2–C1; Bulgarian fluency; other regional languages are a plus.
