Sourcing Manager - Hungary

Your mission

  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to support local and global sourcing strategies
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost competitiveness
  • Develop supplier performance metrics and manage ongoing relationships
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and logistics teams to align sourcing with operational needs
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with company standards and EU regulations
  • Support localization strategies to improve lead times and cost efficiency
  • Continuously monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
  • Familiar with global sourcing practices and local supply chain conditions in Europe
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
  • Must have legal working rights in the EU
