Being a Service Engineer Intern is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:

Backoffice Support
  • Work with senior technical experts to create and improve documentation, gaining insights into technical standards and practices.
  • Conduct hands-on tests in a workshop setting to ensure documentation aligns with practical application.
  • Track and manage open support tickets, reviewing each case to check if solutions are available in existing documents, and drafting initial responses when appropriate.
  • Review and improve training materials, correcting minor errors and suggesting updates to ensure the content is complete and accurate.
  • Update technical documents as needed to keep information current and reliable.
  • Examine rework documentation, summarizing and clarifying details to improve usability.
  • Maintain the knowledge base so that team members have easy access to up-to-date resources.
Technical Support
  • Support remotely to onsite engineers guiding them to find the proper documentation.
  • Support remotely to onsite and remote engineers through the messaging platform to retrieve the required information and guide them through the debugging instructions of known issues.
  • Participate in training sessions and hands-on commissioning activities to build foundational knowledge of ESS product setup and initial operation, improving the ability to support technical documentation and assist engineers with commissioning-related inquiries.

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have:


  • Spanish (mother tongue or C1) & English (B2 or higher)
  • You have graduated from a Spanish university within the last 3 years or are about to graduate in the next 1-2 months & you have not done an internship in the past year
  • Engineer or technical studies, industrial, electrical, electronic or communications.
  • Tidy, organized, willing to learn and able to adapt to the needs of the department.
  • Based in Madrid or Pamplona.
