Your mission

Welcome to your new role at Sungrow, as our HR Intern in Munich!

Then, have a look at your responsibilities below:

You'll ensure employee records are accurate and updated
You'll process labour documentation such as contracts and confidentiality agreements
You'll handle sensitive data according the GDPR regulations
You'll assist in administering employee benefit programs
You'll provide support to employee on HR related topics
You'll ensure HR policies are consistently followed within Sungrow
You'll help maintain essential HR records for compliance
You'll provide the initial support in addressing ER issues

Your profile

Do you have the legal right to work in Germany?

Before applying, please ensure you have the legal right to work in Germany without the need for visa sponsorship.

What will you need to be successful?

Degree in HR or business (currently enrolled or recently graduated)
Fluency in English

What can make you an ideal candidate?

Language skills in German or Chinese (Mandarin)
HR certifications (SHRM-CP, aPHRi or CIPD)
Knowledge of the solar energy market in Europe
Understanding of solar energy energy products (PV, ESS and EV)
