Spare Parts Specialist – EU

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Service Operations team as a Spare Parts Specialist for the EU region. Curious about what this role entails? Let’s dive in:
  • Monitor and maintain safety stock levels in EU warehouses according to defined targets.
  • Conduct regular stock analysis and demand forecasting based on service consumption and product lifecycle.
  • Generate and place replenishment orders with headquarters and track delivery status to ensure timely receipt.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate stock movements and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Analyze inventory KPIs and report trends to the Spare Parts Manager.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for spare parts planning and inventory processes.

Your profile

That sounded great, right? Now, we want to make sure you feel happy in your position. It would be fantastic if you bring the following background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory planning, spare parts management, or logistics; experience in energy, PV, or electronics sectors is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of inventory management, safety stock calculations, and demand forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • English C1; German is a plus.
